Loan Shop Online is pretty easy to work with. I just sent them the letter I found on this site (via email) and the next day they emailed stating they would mark my account PIF. I also got $195 refund from them.

Thats awesome, so you have 4 left to deal with? Hopefully things are going smooth with them as well.

I sure hope so, I am really worried about Cash Advance Network and Paychecktoday.com, I dont mind them calling me but if they start calling my job or references I might have to cave in and pay them. We will see.

With mine I put in my letters not to call me at home, my cell, job or any of my contacts and that I will only correspond to them via email or USPS. Don't let them get to ya. I was so glad I found this site 'cause it gave me the confidence to go head to head with them.

I did send them a letter stating that and they are still calling me. I only defaulted on 10/17 and they are already at it. I wish I had a magic wand to make this all go away. Today I also received two more emails.

I know what you mean about the magic wand. You might want to email or fax your c & d letters again. I know everytime they called me, I emailed whatever payday loan company my c & d letter.

That's exactly what I did. I just kept emailing and faxing my letter to them to let them know I'm not backing down.

Well I emailed them the C & D letter again and now I just have one person from CAN emailing me instead of the computer generated call us immediately blah blah blah stuff. When I talked to them yesterday they wanted $420, today they want $390 and I offered them $120, which is the remaining principal balance. I filed a complaint today with the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions as well as the BBB. When I checked their record with the BBB it is unsatisfactory and they have not responded to one complaint.

Yeah they still haven't responded to my complaints. Keep demanding that you only pay $120, you'll get them to break.

Make sure you check your credit report. I've had several try and put stuff on their for the internet payday loans. I had to contest every one. It was a nightmare. So far so good, all of em got deleted.

Thanks for the advice on the credit report, I will make sure I keep an eye on it. No calls or emails on 10/23, we will see how it goes today.
