I got a call from a Tom Wilson with an Indian acent saying he works for National Affidavit Legal department and I owe Cash Advance Mutual $400.00. They will not send me any paper work on this by mail or email and will not give me the phone # so I can call this cash advance place. He told me they did not want anything to do with me and demands I pay of else. They have threatened to take me to court and all sorts of things. They have called my house, my cell and work. How can I find out if this is legitimate or a scam.

it is a scam.have everyone at your job hang up on him.then ignore the calls to your house and cell.use the number that comes up on your caller id to file a police report.then let him you a call back number on v-mail and use that to file AG,and FTC complaints.again a scam in INDIA that you should file complaints against and ignore completely.
