The number I get called from is an 813 Tampa, FL area code. The return call number is 8669566183. I would like to at least know who they are "representing". As always any advice is appreciated.

Ask the firm who they represent and get a validation letter from the firm in writing. If they won't tell you or validate then they're trying to scam you.

I have done some research on this company and they are a debt collection company based in Tampa, FL pretending to be lawyer's when they call. I'd like to give this company a call back to see who they are collecting for however I feel that might just keep them harassing me...I feel they'll give-up If I just ignore them. Especially since they've never contacted me via mail prior to calling and do not identify themselves as debt collectors when they leave messages.
On another note; I have sent debt validation letters via certified mail with return receipt to Marauder and PDM because they both appear on my credit report; I know they have received them so I'll keep everyone updated on what is sent back. If they don't respond within 30 days I'll send them one last notice requesting they send notice to the CRA'S to remove the information.
We'll see how it goes

I wouldn't even bother with them, I would go directly to the credit reporting bureaus and ask them to remove negative marks, due to the fact that payday loans are prohibited in your state, also send the CRA's a copy of your payday loan laws. I am willing to bet they will remove the information with that dispute, alone.
