I went on their site yesterday to see if I could see anything about my loan since I had sent them a C & D letter. When I logged in it said Status - Do Not Renew so I knew they got my letter because I officially defaulted today 10/17. So just now I logged in to check my email and this is what they sent me today, probably in hopes that I would be stupid enough to apply and give my bank information to someone else.
