I sent ARM a DV letter cerified mail with return receipt and all they sent back was the loan contract. What do I do now? This is from a payday loan called cashadvancenetwork and I know they are unlicensed in Minnesota and I have paid them $435 over the principle. They just keep upping it.

How long did it take them to respond? Is ARM licensed to collect in your state? Is this ARM of Florida? Send them a letter back stating the FDCPA and also check the laws of your state as they may be more strict than FDCPA. Inform them that:

I demand that you provide strict and complete proof of the validity of every item that is included in your collection demand of $XXXXX As provided by (State) debt collection rules. I also demand a copy of every document in your possession evidencing this alleged debt.

Arm out of Jacksonville, Fl. and I believe they are not licensed to collect in Minnesota. I will have to double check. But how can they collect on a payday loan company that is illegal? Technically in Minnesota this loan should be null and void. It took them a few days to send to me. Thanks for the advice I will do this.
