Has anyone ever dealt with either company?
I am a Minnesota Resident
loan amount 250
made 10 (50$) payments then closed my checking= my account getting sent to Capital Collections
trying to get Capital Collections to cooperate with me they wont send me a debt validation letter, wont send me proof that they "own" the accont now, requested an account ledger.....hear nothing back from them they are supposed to email it to me and mail it I have received nothing yet they faxed my work a wage assignment sheet. They refuse to give me mailing address..

They are suppose to cease all collection efforts during the validation period, they have violated the FDCPA, I would file a complaint against them, the link is in my signature.
