Can someone explain arbitration to me?

I am not quite sure but I will take a stab at it. I believe that arbitration is where a third party becomes involved to help two other parties come to some sort of agreement, but again I am not quite sure. Do you have some type of dispute or case going with or against Cash Call?

Yeah, it's pretty much an informal court - You and the other party go before an arbitrator that makes a binding decision on the case.

Cash Call has been using arbitration instead of court lately to get judgements against people that have defaulted.
