I just got an offer from a Cashcall to pay less than 50% of my current debt. (owe around 3500 - they are asking to pay about 1500). It all happened after I send them S & D letter and cancelled my ACH authorization for them. They tried to send me couple scary letters before and after I ignored them - I got this.... I am ready to settle.
Some friend is giving me a money now, so I can actually pay them - I will accept their offer.
