I want to know if this is ilegal.also have one with cashcall and their interst rate is just as high I also have 3 more installment loans that were done on line any help would be nice.most of them are through the first bank of delware.I live in GA

Cash Call is not a payday lender! They are really horrible as they have been getting around the laws! There is a least one class action suit against them in California but they continue to operate! They are backed by a bank and because of this they are not under the control of some state laws! Check the laws of your state regarding interest! Use them to your advantage!
