Is Cash Call illegal in Illinois?

Can anyone tell me if Cash Call is illegal in Illinois? If so, has anyone had to deal with them and if so, did you have any success? Thanks

Usually Cash Call is a licensed lender. But if it has originated with Western Sky, then it is definitely illegal.

From your previous posts, I believe that the loan was originated by WS in which case, the loan contract is not valid given that the lender is tribal.
