Had my first conversation with cash call trying to tell me my loan was not transferred from westen sky that they were just servicing it and this was not a payday loan. Is this correct? Told him I have paid my principal plus 800 dollars and I would not being making any more payments. He said they will keep calling me so do I need to answer all the calls. I guess is it better to keep in touch with them or ignore?thank you for all your help

If you log in to your account on CC's website, and look at your documentation, does it say Western Sky as the issuer? If that's the case, then they're lying to you about it not originating with Western Sky.

I'm surprised that they've not reported mine for being late yet, nor have they tried to contact me regarding it (as far as I can tell). Just need to get it off my credit report now.

They started calling me on my due date least 3 times a day yes it originated with western sky I have my loan documents he said it wasnt a transferred loan they were servicing it said would keep contacting should I say anymore on the phone or just ignore

When I sign into western sky it tells me to go to cash call and sign in even gives me lonk

It's interesting too, that when you change your password on western sky's website, it automatically changes your password on Cashcall's website.
