yes it does. thanks again for all your help and support. i have a question got a letter from cashcall today basically my loan contract . it says i received a NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT,SALE,OR TRANSFER OF SERVICING RIGHTS. loan was sold to ws funding,llc. and is being serviced by cash call. does this all change anything in it being legal? the guy i spoke to on the phone yersterday tried telling me the same thing that my loan was not transferred but being serviced by cash call. all this legal bs[which is what i hope it is] really confuses me. can someone please advise? thanks

Your loan originated with Western Sky and is being serviced by Cash Call. It is an illegal loan. They are feeding you a bunch of BS

Hey cash call is blowing my phone up should I answer it and say there will be no payments and hang up I have had 1 conversation with them do I need to keep discussing it being illegal or do what I said above please help trying to figure out how to deal with these people

only once say you will not talk further.hang up and keep hanging up on them.a waste of time to speak to them.

I had a pdl from money shop came through on email as silvercloud financial. Sent letter got oe email about missed payment nothing else .is this normal? Also was going through list of illegal lenders and dont see them listed .just wanna make sure they are illegal.i havent seen this one listed on forum help. Thanks again for everything
