i am in a bad situation, i have a loan with 247 greenstreet.com for 610.00 now i owe 808.18 because as my payment was returned. I too live in MN. I also have a loan with Cash Central they are legal i checked them out I cant find anything for 247greenstreet and they say i have signed a wage assignment. Also i read that a wage assignment has to be signed personally not digitally? I have tried to work out a payment plan however they are only willing to break it up into 2 payments. I need to break it up into smaller payments. I realize i can revoke the wage assignment which i have already sent them emails doing so.There has been no action taken yet either as thee loan is only a week past due. I would like to send a cert. letter but no where can I find an address. i have also requested an address via the online chat customer service and was told there is no address and in the contract i signed it says all transactions are to be via email or fax. Am i covered? I copied the chat where the lady refused me an address . Is this CO legal in MN after recent research i am under the impression that legal limit for PDL in MN is 350?

I've done a research on this company and found that 247 Greenstreet.com is not licensed in MN. So, you're not legally bound to pay them back except the amount you actually borrowed. If they've an access to your bank account, talk to your bank and put a hard block so that they cannot take out money from it.

The mailing address of 247 greenstreet.com is Level 8, Plaza Commercial Center,Bisazza Street, Sliema, SLM1640, Malta.

As you see, the company is not even situated in our country. So, be assured, they can do nothing to you. Just ignore their calls.

JLV, what state do you live in? If they are not licensed in your state then, no. They will not be able to obtain a judgment against you and start a wage garnishment. You may have signed a voluntary wage assignment agreement, however, when you signed your loan contract. You can revoke this at any time by simply sending a letter (or email) to the company that states you revoke any wage assignment you may have signed. You should also give a copy to your employer as a precaution.

seeing as the pdl is in MALTA it is not legal in any state.so you only owe the principle.do as ohiogal advised and get a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter to your employer asap.then 247greenstreet can't do anything but call.then they can either work with you on your terms,or they get nada.you do owe the principle, but pay it on your terms not theirs.
