I am in Colorado and have a $500 loan with Cash Central that is due Tuesday. I want to know if it will be possible to get an extended payment plan with them. They are out of the office until Monday, so will call then, but was hoping someone might know. I set up two EPP's with two other payday loan companies and am starting to feel relieved from a lot of stress. I have 3 more to go but am not sure if the others will do the EPP's. My loans with Cash Central are 6 days apart as they will not renew loans in Colorado quicker than 6 days apart. I am thinking they do this so they don't have to offer the EPP as Colorado law states that you have to have 4 consecutive loans within 4 days of loan payoffs and new loans. Just wondering if anyone know Cash Central's policy on the EPP. Thanks.

Cash Central did agree to an extended payment plan of 4 payments. This means that the $75 fee is split up also - so that I am not incurring the same $75 fee each pay period. I got two others to go with a 6 payment EPP. This will save me hundreds of dollars in the reoccurring fees each month. I am very relieved and just wanted to let people know that they should call each payday loan company and ask for an EPP. I know for some this would still be too much money coming out of their paychecks, but for others, it may help and I just wanted to pass this info along. I have one that wouldn't do an extended payment -but 3 that did, so it doesn't hurt to ask.

I've been trying to work with Cash Central to negotiate a repayment plan. They interrupt me, yell at me, and tell me no. Then they tell me how irresponsible I am. I'm really stuck and I know this thread is really old...but does anyone have any tips on dealing with them?

@crazycatlady - please don't open thread from 3 years ago - start your own thread - I have sent you a PM on how to do and here is the link to the thread with the video on how to do - http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/forum-tutorial/start-new-thread.html --

and as far as the above post -this would be why we say stay off the phone with these lenders - when you sent your ACH revocation letters out did you not tell them communications would be in writing only - email or mail only - there is a reason - more than one.. you don't deserve to be talked to the way they are and secondly you want proof of your communications..
