I have researched the site and please confirm the following legal status in PA.of:
Legal PDL:
Cash Central
Cash Net USA
Pay Day One
Illegal:
Loan Shop Online
US Fast Cash
United Cash Loan
My Loan USA
Not sure:
Think Cash- 12 month loan with equal month payments.
If illegal original principal amount is what is legally owed?


that's right.if an ipdl is illegal,then you only owe the principle borrowed.any supposed fees debited go toward the loan.

New problem. I posted this earlier and somehow it went to the debt consolidation forum- so I will try here. Loan Shop Online somehow found my new bank account (I had shut the old one)and did an ACH debit. I have called the bank to stop the debit and they faxed the unauthorized ACH form to hand deliver to the bank tomorrow when they reopen after Vet Day. How did this illegal PDL find the new account? Did they do something that violates the law in Pennslyvania and what further actions should I take. Really appreciate any help.

I tried to send you a quick message not sure if it got thru. Did not give them authorization they somehow found the account at the new bank.I'm giving the branch an Unauthoized ACH Form tomorrow to get it reversed.
