OK, I have 5 payday loans of which I don't have the means to pay anymore. All of mine are at storefronts luckily, I never tried the internet ones.

I owe Advance America 352.50
QC Financial 352.50
Check N Go 293.75
Checkmate 235.00
Cash Connection 235.00

I was working at Walmart and I got fired in December all of these bills are piling up on me. I recently came out of a relationship and now they are calling him all the time looking for me which is of course stressing him out. This bothers me because we are still trying to work things out amongst us. Oh well I also owe Titlemax 1,900.00 on my car title and I have 2 small loans from companies for 134.00 and 172.73 They call me and all my references everyday. I am wondering what I need to do to get them to stop calling everybody all the time. I don't knowi f there is a way to make them stop and I don't know what they can do to me LEGALLY. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need to do some research but I think you can refute them calling your references by stating they are breaching your confidentiality. You can also put in writing that you forbid them from contacting you at work as your employer does not permit you to receive ANY phone calls. Let me do some checking though. :)

By the way, if any of these store fronts are members of the CFSA they are required to follow the industries "Best Practices". This means you would be eligible for an extended payment plan. How that works is you would pay off the loans in four equal payments, but you must ask for this extended payment plan BEFORE you default.
