Trying to get Refunds

I too am having problems with Integrity Cash Advance and have overpaid them also. I have wrote several letters (sent via certified mail, return receipt), emails, and have even called them several times asking for a refund and paid in full letter. They keep insisting that I still owe on my loan. My original loan was for $400. I have paid back $615 and they are still saying I owe $545! I have filed complaints with the Ohio Attorney General's Office and FTC. I know the chances of getting a refund are slim to none, but I sure would like to have that paid in full letter. Let me know if you have any luck.
