Am I right?

I have been following this forum for quite a while and think I've garnered enough information to move forward. But, I would like a sanity check. I have four store front loans that are all defaulted and I know they are legal, so I will be working out payment arrangements with them: MoneyTree, Checkmate, Allied Cash Advance and another who's name currently escapes me.
My store front loans that I believe are illegal are:
MyCashNow - borrowed $600 Pd back $949.02
Discount Advances -borrowed $400 Pd back 426.49
Cash Direct Express - borrowed $700 Pd back 616
US Fastcash - borrowed $450 Pd back $725.
If I'm correct, I owe Cash Direct Express $84 and US Fast cash owes me $275.
On MyCashNow and Discount Advances, I started to settle with both and sent in two Western Union payments, which were to be split (not evenly) between the two. So, the numbers may be slightly off on those two, but still add up to having overpaid.
Does this all sound right? Thanks for any input.

Oops, forgot - I'm in Washington state. Andy, I meant that MyCashNow, Discount Advances, CashDirectExpress and US Fastcast are all Internet loans (not store front). Thanks.
