I have stopped payment on the PDL. It caused my account to go negative so I can't change my account # until I get paid on Friday. Here are my current loans (all internet):

Check-n-go 1375 pd 746
Cashnet 400 pd 196.53
UnitedCashLoans 400 pd 480
AmeriLoan 400 pd 275
CashJar 750 pd 187.50

What's my next stop. They are calling me. Do I ask for a physical address I can send checks to? Help!!

Check n Go and CashNetUSA are both legal lenders, I believe that CashNetUSA is a CSO (Credit Service Organization), this means they would not follow the payday loan laws and are usually perfectly legal in what they charge. My advice to you is to take care of the two legal lenders FIRST. Forget about the other ones for now because they aren't licensed to lend in your state, they are nothing more than criminals! Anyways, if you talk to CheckNGow, you might be able to get the EPP (Extended Payment Plan), they are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), click the link below to see their name listed as members:

Click the link below to read about the EPP, number 11 :

I will address the other lenders shortly.

United Cash Loans OWES YOU 80 bucks! They are not licensed to lend to Texas residents! This means you would have only had to pay them back the original amount you borrowed, and they are lucky to get that! The other two aren't licensed either, the first thing you need to do is close your account asap, it will NEVER be safe again as long as these illegal lenders have your account information. Well CashJar is resisting and took money from my account. They say they are legal and do NOT need to be licensed in texas. I had not had the chance to change the account # since I had to wait till my account was positive. I will have the charges reversed again and change account #. How about the legal places and the fees? What are the legal fees to charge in TX?

CashNetUSA is a CSO, a CSO or Credit Services Organization is defined by the Texas Credit Services Organization Act (Section 393 of the Texas Finance Code) and a Credit Services Organization model (unfortunately) IS NO LICENSING required by the state! CSO's are required to "Register" with the Secretary of State, they are NOT licensed, and their fees ARE NOT REGULATED.
