I live in Texas and have 2 payday loans to Cash Net USA and Cash Jar. I am curious about the laws and want to know what happens if I close my bank account.

You can close your bank account in order to stop the payday lenders from debiting money from your account. As far as I know, the two payday lenders that you've listed here are illegal in Texas. Thus, you are only liable to pay them the principal amount. You won't have to pay any late fees to them.

Actually, Cash Net USA is registered as a CSO in Texas. You can make payment arrangements with them. I am still negotiating arrangements with them...so far, I cannot agree to their terms. :(
