Good news and some OHIO PDL news

Well, first of all I contacted Cashnet USA today and they were very easy to work with on getting the EPP, I don't even have to start making payments until 5/9, which helps a great deal.
Second here in OHIO our Att. General has been holding hearings for a few months on PDLs. Today I had to go to a store front to pay a loan back, and I notice laying on the counter was a sheet, which said something to the effect of:
"Dear Att General, PDL's have helped me in months that I was short and please don't put laws into effect that would make that business go away"..
A few customers had signed it, I of course did not, as I'm trying to get out of this mess and I understand sometimes we all get into bad spots, (that's why we are all on the forum), but coming from where I've been with PDLs I can't be a part of signing something like that.
I just thought it was interesting and would share.

Good for you on not signing the petition. I agree that in the past, PDLs at one time helped me a little bit in tought spots, but those short-term PDLs eventually bring long-term financial problems.
And I'm glad to hear that CashNet USA has so far, been very amiable with you and easy to work with. Let's hope they can continue that behaviour ^_^
