I have been called by someone calling herself sarah from national credit works threatening that she will bge filing a cas in San Antonio where I live.She has also called my two references.One of my refernces is not in good health right now.They threatened to subeana her.They told my second reference that they wer taking him to court tomorrow over the phone today.Can they said they would send a warrant to me.Can they do that?We have paid the loan as far as we know.This was last year sometime.They just called October 25 2010.They gave all the details to my references.I'm sorry that they are threatening them.I have never recieved a letter or them.Any answers from someone out there would be great.God bless.

well for starters this place must post a bond to collect in TX.by the way they are conducting themselves i'm guessing they are a scam that got your info by either buying it or stealing it.contact cashnet to inform them of this.btw threatening jail is the oldest trick bottomfeeders use.they can't have you arrested for owing a debt.file a police report,and have your references do the same as these idiots broke the law themselves.then file AG,AND FTC complaints against both cashnet,and this scam.yes it is a scam and should be reported immediately,.
