question cashnetusa email?

i called them a few days before my due date to tell them i was going to default and they basically said they cant do anything until the transaction was returned. i had to wait a few days to call them back and get everything situated.

I need the email address for cashnetusa as well. I tried the one you have listed [email]support@cashnetusa.com[/email] and I didnt receive a response yet either. It has been 9 days, so I dont think it is a working address.

You need to keep after them they are famous for ignoring messages.You may be better off calling and demand to speak to a supervisor.

You need to make sure that you send the revoke at least 3 business days prior to your payment also. I am fighting them right now..they have since sent through 2 payments (one that was returned and one that got paid after the revoke and my bank is having to cover). FIGHT them and keep copies and if I were you, I would fax a copy rather than just email it because you can get a confirmation of the fax being transmitted sucessfully.

They are also notorious about calling after the ach revokation and trying to get you to set up smaller payments through your bank account and if you do, you give them full acess to all previously agreed payment terms.
