I haven't found Cash Net USA in the licensee list of Texas.

There are no licensees in Texas. See if they are registered as a CSO. A CSO is a kind of broker that is legal. They operate with licenses everywhere else, so I would imagine they're registered under their own name or under their parent company, Cash America.

They are legal and licensed to lend, you will need to make payment arrangements with them.

They are great to work with, they will work out an Extended Payment Plan as long as you contact them and be honest.

i had a loan with thembut hit a really rough patch with my brother. he was stuck on drugs and i paid for all of the rehab. not cashnet is sent to collections and theyu wont work with me. they only accept 25% which is about 400 and i cant pay that. if i dont they send out a warrant for my arrest. i dont know what to do and need help so bad please.
