Can anyone tell me if CashNetUsa is licensed in the state of Ohio? I did a search and from what I found it does not look like they are permitted to issue payday loans in Ohio, but I could have read it wrong. Also, Ohio laws state that the maximum allowed to borrow is $500, but they loaned me $1000, can I prevent them collecting interest on that extra $500? I also noted in the laws that consumers can have 6 months to repay but they aren't offering me that long to repay. When I speak with their reps I feel like I am speaking to a Stepford Wife! I tell them the repayment plan wont work for my budget and try to ask for different arrangements and all they say over and over is "your arrangements are binding and can't be changed." I then tell them I hear you, but I just simply can't so lets work out something that is workable and I again get the same response. It's very frustrating.
