CashNetUSA is known for not stopping ach even after revoked. The only way to get them to stop is to close your bank account. You can file complaints with the BBB, AG, DFI and anyone else that you can think of.

You definitely need to file a complaint against them, they violated federal law when they refused to honor your ach revocation, I would make sure and point that out to your Attorney General's office, the FTC and especially your DFI. Maybe it will be just cause to have their license to lend jerked from them!

Oh my, this exact same thing is happening to me!! I revoked their ach, set up a payment plan with them, and when I called them to make the first payment on Friday evening, they said that they had already sent an ach through -- two payments of $480 each instead of one big payment. I was furious!!! I thought I was being clever because they told me last Friday the 7th that the ach would go through Monday the 10th and there was "no way" to stop it, so I gutted the account of all the money in there on Sat. I figured my worthless bank would just send the ach back to them since no money was in the account. WRONG -- I am now overdrawn to the tune of $1,110 dollars.
I called the bank yesterday (Chase bank) and explained the situation. They emailed me forms to fill out and mail in and said they would reverse both of the ach's, but then three hours later, Chase emailed again and said they had reviewed the situation and that cashnetusa's transactions were valid and they were going to let them go through.
Is there anything at all I can do about this? I am sure the bank won't let me close the account because I am so overdrawn.
Yes, there is something you can do about it, you can print out R
Yes, there is something you can do about it, you can print out Regulation E and take it into your bank and show it to them, that should settle it or your financial institution could be liable.
