Help with dispute with Cashnetusa

I have been a customer of CNU for a while and had an advance deposited into a second bank account that transitions was fine. I have all of my payments set up to debit from my primary bank account every two weeks, but forget change bank account for a payment to come out of my primary account. I spoke with an Customer Service Rep and we worked out a payment arrangement. I am in full agreement that that was my error. All of the correct bank account information was supposedly corrected. Until I got an email from my bank that a second payment was taken out of the wrong account. I called and spoke with another CSP at Cashnetusa, and she informed me that the payment was taken out of the account on file, which was not the correct account. What course of action do I have now that my account with them in so screwed up?

Contact CNU again. Talk with the CSP and ask how to change the account information.

You must contact CNU once again, As ditchdebt suggested earlier, contact the CSP regarding modifying the account information.
