sos help with cashnetusa

i had an online chat with cashnetusa and told them that i had closed my acct because of fraudand they informed me thatthey are unable to stop any ach transactions to my bank. if they are legal pdl how come they can't stop it? they also told me i am not eligible for a settlement either. can they legally do that? she also gave me alot of mumble jumble about EFTA. can you guide me to what to do next PLEASE. this is only the first of 4 that i have to contact, there is still checkngo, speedycash and oneclick cash. am i going to get more of the same? is what im doing the right thing to do its a very scary situation. any feedback would be greatly appreciated i have posted some other questions and i don't get a lot of responses, am i doing something wrong?

You haven't mentioned the state you live in. In some of the states, payday lending is illegal. Moreover, you need to check out whether or not Cashnetusa is legal in your state. If they are legal in your state, then you should be able to settle the debts with them. I think the PDL company does not want to negotiate with you for a settlement and wants the debt to be paid in full. As a result, they have informed you that you don't qualify for settlement. You may take help of a debt relief company and they will negotiate with your creditor and convince the PDL company for debt settlement.

i live in the state of texas imy original loan is 700.00and with fees its 882.67. i am also trying to contact them via e-mail and both my e-mails come back with a delivery failure message i am using the web site they have in thier site support @cashnetusa.com does anyone know another one. also can they withdraw money from another acct i have with the bank? thank you for the info good.nelly and anna sweeting it is greatly appreciated.
