Has anybody dealt with these "professionals"? To make a long story short I called yesterday to set up EPP no problem right? Wrong! The csr told me she would email agreement in 15 minutes never happened called back was told by another csr to give her time. Never happened. Called back again aother employee stated he would put an urgent message through to correct this with a manager. Nothing happened. Was told today there is nobody around today a manager would have it to me by tomorrow Monday morning. I am so stressed right now please any suggestions? It is not in default seems like they want it that way. Due on June 12!!


Have you checked your spam, sometimes these things will go into your spam box. Also, when making these types of agreements over the telephone ask the employee their name and ID number, note the date and time you spoke with them. Ask for a direct phone number to their line. I would send them an email asap and confirm the agreement in writing, also confirm the times & dates you spoke with the employee. Keep in mind this is the weekend, some folks are luck enough not to work weekends. Just my take on the situation. :)

I did document everything problem is they say they can't find the agreement that jessica never put it into the system. I am just afraid they are going to debit the entire amt. I did also email letting them know about the entire fiasco with their employees. Good for you it has got to be a good feeling! I can't wait til I can feel the same.
