I am desperately seeking someone to please help me. I have a pdl out with cashnetusa.com. I live in Ohio. I acknowledge the fact that I did take out this $600 pdl. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I defaulted on this loan. This company is wanting to set me up on 3 payments of $254.95 every 2 weeks. I cannot do this. They are unwilling to set up any other payment plan and have threatened wage garnishment, etc. etc. What are my options? I believe they are licensed to do business in Ohio. I also think that internet pld in Ohio is illegal, but am not sure. Can anyone help me here?
Sounds like they are offering an extended payment plan. If this
Sounds like they are offering an extended payment plan. If this is not financially possible at the moment, your best bet is to give them what you can every payday and tough it out. Unfortunately, I believe CashNet USA is licensed in most states and provide internet based loans as well. You may need to draft a wage assignment revocation letter and deliver it to your HR department for protection of your paycheck. I will post a sample letter as soon as i find it in my emails. Make sure the PDL is CashNet USA and not Cashnet, they are two totally different companies;)
Here is the sample letter, best of luck! [quote] Date:

CashnetUSA is one of the few internet pdl companies licensed to do business in Ohio. They operate just like a storefront pd. Tell them repeatedly that you cannot make that large of a payment every two weeks and I think they will eventually come to some more reasonable terms.
