Hi, I live in Texas and I currently have a $650 loan from cashnetusa.com. So far, I have paid 184.05$ on 10/22/10, 251.33$ On 11/5/10, and 147.62$ on 11/19/10. My next payment is 286.13 due 12/3/10. Once I make the payment on the 3rd, I would have payed in $869.13!!!! And I have another payment due for 219.59 12/17/10! What can I do to avoid paying into this? Can I write I letter? Help! Btw, the loan has been rolled over, 2 times. I understand there is a letter I can write..can someone help me set that up? And what about wage garnishment?

Cashnetusa is registered as a CSO in the state of TX. A CSO or Credit Services Organization model (unfortunately) IS NO LICENSING required by the state! CSO's are required to "Register" with the Secretary of State, they are NOT licensed, and their fees ARE NOT REGULATED. So, I am not surprised at the exorbitant amount of interest they are charging you. They do offer an EPP (Extended payment plan), but you will need to ask for it. As far as a wage assignment, all you need to do is shoot them a dated email revoking their right to any wage assignment you may have signed, then print it out and take it to your employer.
