I took out 3 payday loans back in 2007 . They went to collections and now another company that sounds like an attorneys office is calling me saying I will have to go to court and they can suspend my drivers license. I told them what I could pay but they said that is not enough. One of the loans was with US Fast Cash, another with Cash Net USa and I am not sure what the last one was thru. IT looks like my total for all of them is going to be around $5000 when you ad all the interest and fees. What can I do? They said if I do not pay them $300 today by 3pm there will be a summons issued for me to appear in court.

Your driver's license can't be suspended. US Fast Cash is an illegal lender and not even located in the U.S. CashNet USA is legal but CashNet is not. Which was it? I have a feeling all 3 of these loans were illegal anyway. When you defaulted, had you paid back more than the principal amount of the loan? You need to do some research of your bank statements and tell us exactly who your loans were through, how much you borrowed from each and how much you repaid prior to "default." Also, I'm assuming these were internet loans, correct? What state do you live in?
