I had two payday loans with Cashnetusa and Thinkcash when I lived in Texas. I moved to Colorado and paid them off. But when my wife got ill I was still getting emails to redo my loan so I just clicked okay without thinking about changing my address to Colorado. I figured all my bank info is still the same. Now my wife is a lot sicker and I don't know if I can continue to pay the loans. Will I get in trouble if I default for not changing my address?

I had a loan with CashNet while in Wisconsin and I moved to Illinios during my loan and they updated my information and changed my loan according to Illinois laws asap. It sucked because Illinois didn't allow rollover so I all of sudden had to pay the full balance which I was not prepared for. I ended up defaulting and they agreed to a payment plan. I'm with Shazzers you should probably update your information and become familiar with Colorado laws. Here is a link to Colorado's laws because your payment will most likely change with CashNet. http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/stateinfo/CO.asp
