Ok this is something that I have already been thru but I want to know if I was tricked or did the correct thing? I had defaulted with them on a $900 loan but because I had got PDL consolidation assistance. Well because Cashnet usa never heard from me while I was paying my payments to this consolidation company they sent me to some attrny office for collections. They called me threaten me to file a suit for fraud against me and that I would be taken to jail for not paying them back so I had to pay them $1900 which he said where late fees and attrny fees. So i went and got stuck with store front loans to pay them because I was terrified that I was gona go to jail. But could they have done that if I had not paid them off?
