I've read some of the posts here and i will gather some further details so that a clear picture will be provided.

My immediate concern is stopping MY Cash Now from taking any future payments. I don't want to close my account- I have many automatic transactions linked to that account including my payroll.

I plan to have my credit union put a Stop payment and initiate an ACH dispute against them and their alternate name Credit Protection.

Does anyone know if they - My Cash Now has an email or fax that i can send a C & D letter to. Also how to contact their ACH processor? And should that be done via phone or email.

My state of residency - New Jersey, Original lone amt 1200..
amt paid to date 1800+ .

I hate to be the one to tell you this but putting a stop payment is a temporary fix, and revoking ach's is also, they will change their name and debit again in HUGE amounts. Your account will never be safe again, it could be a year down the road when you think you have this all settled then BOOM they will debit your account out of the blue. They also share their information with other illegal lenders. These illegal lenders are criminals and do not care about the law, most of them are located overseas but has a p.o. box somewhere in the U.S. to make it look legit. Please, for your own safety, place a hard debut block on that account until you can close it, no matter what you do your account is now compromised. Speak to the branch manager at you credit union, perhaps they can suggest something, like perhaps closing that account and opening a new one.

It may be a pain in the neck but you have to close that account. I did that to stop them. I changed my direct deposits, automated things, etc. I emailed them the C & D letter. ( I believe its support@mycashnow.com ) This occurred in late October. I havent heard anything from them since.......Best of luck, keep us posted.

Thank you all for the advice
support@ mycashnow.com..returned 2x as invalid address
Tried calling them @ 866-645-1662 & carla with no last name gave me hell just to provide their fax # which is the same as the one I already had.

When I told her that i want them to cease with the ach transactions she advised that i need to agree to a settlement amount before I do that.
My Bank was helpful and they have a note on my account to call me to verify ach transactions prior to putting them through..I know from previous experience that they will call me on my job to verify a transaction especially if i call in.

Their advice over the phone was just as everyone elses to either put a hold on my account or come in and close this account and open another.

A "settlement amount?" I don't think so! I'm pretty sure PDL's are illegal in NJ, and if you've already paid $1,800 on a $1,200 loan, you've more than fullfilled your financial obligation to them. Someone else might want to correct me if I'm wrong, but I'd say you don't owe them anything. Have to ask, did you tell them you were cancelling the ach withdrawals from your account before or after you talked to your bank? And, sorry to repeat, but you really should get your account closed as soon as possible; open a new account and get your other automatic withdrawals set up on that account.
