Nope. They are Red River and located on an Indian Reservation. They do not have a license anywhere.

They are from an Indian Reservation? I am waiting to get some money so that I can open a new checking account and have my pay check deposit into that account as well as my child support. I will then close out my account and send the letter to all the illegal payday loan companies. I am also going to change my cell phone number.

I agree Utah is way too lax on pay day loans.
