Can the cash store sue? they have called mes everal times saying they are suing me for like doubt the amount of the loan. called my work told the secritary everything. so of course she went a blabbed. they told her they were suing for fraudulent checks or something like that. they never sent mail, have called me my daughter and my work saying they are suing me. What can I do about it? I dont have 600 dollars to pay them.

It is against this companies policy to threaten suit. I know. I used to work for them. However horrible the phone call is because it is a first party collection the fdcpa does not really apply. If you have not already stop payment on the check then revoke the authorization to ach your account. Then because everyone should pay what they owe send a little each payday untill the principal is paid back
