Immediate help needed for Payday loans in Texas

I posted a msg on 3/8/10 about these loans I have and I need more info ASAP before my next payday 3/26/10.I went to my bank (Chase) and tried to close my accnt, change it to deposit only, or have the ACH blocks put on it and my bank officer and mgr told me they could not do that bc i had contracts with them. right now my checking accnt is over $1700 negative, could you please tell me what is my next step from here as I dont know what loans are legal or illegal.My loans are as follows
on line,,, star cash processing $420// Ace cash express $752///cashnet usa $840/// cash advance network $390//// payday one $1000//// loane shoppe $650// and FBD loans bal of $260 to pay off///store front loans are check n title for $600// speedy cash $940(2) loans///first cash pawn or TLC Loan Corp for $520//cash store for $600// I need help because these loans have consumed me but from the info I read here I know I can do this I just need the correct steps to follow .... PLEASE give me pay my paycheck the only thing i was able to do was payroll dept at my job allowed me to stop my direct deposit so I could pay rent and feed my kids last payday

There are lenders in the state of TX which are listed as CSO's,
basically, a CSO or Credit Services Organization is defined by the Texas Credit Services Organization Act (Section 393 of the Texas Finance Code). Please bear in mind the CSO or Credit Services Organization model (unfortunately) IS NO LICENSING required by the state! CSO's are required to "Register" with the Secretary of State, they are NOT licensed, and their fees ARE NOT REGULATED.
