payday loan help in texas
Date: Wed, 06/24/2009 - 13:53
I have a few payday loans in texas and do not know what to do? I have 2 payday loans out from Cash Supply and CashnetUSA.
My loan with Cash Supply was for $600.00 I have paid $425.00 as of right now. They are charging $75 per week for finance fee. Is this amount correct for Texas laws. I tried to figure the apr and I showed it is higher than legal limit. Also on CashnetUSA I have a $600.00 loan with interest of $150.00 for every 14 days. It shows the apr is 500% is that legal? What are my options?
Can I send a revoke authorization to keep them from taking money from my account?
They keep extending my loan. From what I have read they can not use extensions is that correct?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Here are your payday loan laws. Cashnetusa is NOT a payday loan,
Here are your payday loan laws. Cashnetusa is NOT a payday loan, they are a CSO (Credit Service Organization) and do not abide by the payday loan laws and are perfectly legal in what they charge.
