i need assistance with these 2 pdls. i have been sent to collections due to being overdrawn. i live in washington state.
i need to know if they can garnish my wages or affect my credit. i also need addresses for them to send letters out. any advice is appreciated.

CTC is illegal. The one thing they may do is envoke a wage assig
CTC is illegal. The one thing they may do is envoke a wage assigment that may have been in the loan docs. I would place a wage revocation statement with HR/Payroll.
Other than that they can not do anything. They are illegal.
You only owe what you borrowed.
I am not sure about the other one. I will look.
