Has any dealt with cash transfer centers. I had taken at least 10 loans with them. It was a cycle I couldnt get out of so i closed my account to them. I do owe them $645 but my question is I paid them at least $1000 in there finance charges over the 10 loans i had with them. Do I still owe the $645. Also has anyone had any dealings with ARM of Florida?


Payday lending is legal in Florida. So, you will be liable for paying the finance charges as well as the principal amount. But you'll also have to check out with your attorney whether or not Cash Transfer Centers have the license to operate in Florida. If they are not licensed to operate in your state, then you won't be liable for paying any fees or charges.
