they just sent me an e-mail with payment plan. i sent an e-mail back stating they were illegal and i would only pay on the principle. Am I right?


yes you are right.in the meantime i would get a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION lettter to your HR or payroll person.this illegal foreign bottomfeeder will not hesitate to send that to them.revoke it asap.

Just want you guy's to know you are great!!! I'm starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel. I got a few positive responces from some pdl's today. Other's are playing hard ball.
