I really need to find some other arrangements for paying them. My loan is due on 6/22. I cannot close my account. Can I do anything to unauthorize them from charging my account? I can make payment arrangements with them. I could have the money in one week. Is there anything I can do?

By the way, I have a ton of other payday loans and appreciate the helpful suggestions I have already read.

Thank you!

Unfortunately they are one of the worst. They will first send a wage assignment to your job. You must contact them and revoke the agreement that you signed elecronically. You can find their address by doing a search on this site. They will also contact your refs to try to flush you out and make them call you. You can try to have the ACH withdrawal blocked but they take it in two payments so you will get charged by your bank twice. You must know the amounts. With me it was half the amount due times two. They withdraw under the name Northway Credit. You are probably better off just closing you account and opening a new one seeing you have a ton of other ones. Can you tell us who they are with? How much you have paid them including rollovers and how much you have originally borrowed? You may not owe what you think.
CTC is an illegal operation that was or is based in Malta with call centers in British Columbia. They think that the laws of the US do not apply to them. When they realize they are not getting anywhere they are quick to offer a settlement. Make sure you tell you employer that they are under no legal obligation to honor any wage assignment.

Now that I know the amount they should be taking two payments of 508.00 ea. under the name Northway. If you can't close your account I would take out the money and pay the NSF fees unless you have overdraft protection. Even if you stop the payment they can come right back with a new amount. You could try calling Cash Transfer Centers and getting a deferrment. I think they did that for me once when my pay went off schedule, but it was only for a week or less and they charged me for it..
