Hi I have been caught up in attempting to pay payday loans and I am now in over my head I live in the state of ohio and currently have 4 outstanding loans with Magnum Cash Advance, Ace Cash Express, Checksmart, Check n Go. Magnum,Ace and Check n Go were all obtained through the internet Checksmart through a storefront
Magnum Cash Adva
$1192.35 total paid
$925 total deposited
Ace
$250 total deposited
76.09 total paid
Checksmart
$400 total deposited
$390 total paid (They are requesting an additional $360 to pay the loan off in full)
Check n Go
$600
The Ohio Law states a maximum loan amount of $500 can that benefit me in anyway?
(Have not paid anything on this loan was taken out to pay off additional loans)
**Sorry if a repost I couldnt find a way to track my responses**

Magnum Cash Advance is illegal in Ohio. They owe you $267.35.

All of your other lenders are legal in Ohio. You need to contact Check 'n Go to set up an extended payment plan (current balanced divided into 4 equal payments due over your next 4 pay dates) and no further fees/interest will accrue.
Ace and Checksmart might be able to do something for you along the lines of an EPP as well.
