Need a C&D Letter

I'm not sure where to put this-I apologize. Can someone please tell me where to find a C&D letter to send to ameriloan? They called me again stating that my moneygram was no good and that this time I owe $42 instead of $123 from the last phone call 2 months ago! And I didn't even send them anything cuz I don't owe them anything!
