Telephone numbers for payment

I have a loan, and the company that has it keeps calling a telephone number that I did not give them as they called it on a "reference sheet". I have asked them numerous times not to call this telephone number and this company keeps calling it to contact me. How can I get them to stop. I have threatend them with a complaint with the Attorney General's office. They claim that I do not call them back in a timely fashion.

Well... you can send them a formal e-mail asking them to not call the concerned number. Rather, you may give them an alternate number which they can call if they need to speak to you.
