I sent a Cease & Desist letter to a paydayloan company; then they call me by phone after I specified they only contact me in writing today. what can I do? any assistance/ advise/comments will be deeply appreciated.

actually if this is the original creditor then they don't have to obey a C&D.i would file AG,FTC,and BBB complaints in that order.they must however obey a C&D in regards to work phone calls.are they calling you at work?
