Hi,
in a previous topic, I indicated that I had sent the C&D letters to the payday loan companies I have loans with, & also did a ACH revocation with my bank, But I was wondering what type of letter do I send to Washington State dept of financial inst.

Do I send them a copy of all the letters I sent, and just attach a cover letter to it explaining what I sent..... or is there something else I should send?
Thanks
nayner

Well, I dont really want to contact the Wa state DFI, but my letter says that I did. (and the attorney generals office)

I was just wondering what and when/if I need to actually send them the letter

I said I sent the C & D, but I meant the letter indicating that I knew that they were illegal in my state.

I sent C & D letters to payday loan companies and it has worked for me. I also said in my letter that I was sending letters to BBB and Attorney General's office but never did. I rarely ever hear from any payday company now. Thank God. So I would suggest to hold on to those letters in case you need to send them. Like when the PDL companies start to harass you.
