Is loan point legal in CA? So far I have paid 540.00 on a 300 loan. Sent them a letter revoking my ach authorization. Anyone had any luck working with this pdl company in CA?

From what I have read, Loan point is not licensed to lend in CA. Have you closed your account or blocked them from withdrawing? I think they are one of the companies that will either try & put through a paper check or try & withdrawal the entire balance.
