I have an outstanding loan with Check ngo. I have been working with them but so far we have not agreed on a payment plan. They have now threatened me that within 10 days they will report me to Certegy. While I did have a loan with them, I have never given them a check. Can they report me to Certegy if I have never written them a check?

how did you get a loan with Check-n-go without a check?? that is the first thing they ask....was it done online? also, did you asked them to agree on a payment plan and they did not accept, or you just didn't offer? all these minor things, make a big difference as to how are you going to resolve this.
